Documents required for Ajman Offshore Company formation
To proceed with offshore incorporation, the following documents are required: a passport copy of each shareholder, a copy of a valid UAE Visa or Entry Stamp page, an original proof of residence for each shareholder, a personal profile (CV) of each shareholder, and an original bank reference letter (Good Standing Letter) for each shareholder. For corporate shareholders, the requirements include the Incorporation Certificate of the parent company, Memorandum and Articles of Association, a Board Resolution stating the intention to form an Ajman Offshore company, a Certificate of Good Standing, and passport copies of two (2) Directors.
